Co-Founder & CEO, Nicole Mateyo has over a decade of dedicated research stemming from her personal journey with a lung condition and the loss of her mother to similar circumstances.

The Company was started during the study of her Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing.

From her roots as a Royal Air Force Cadet with training in aircraft piloting and engineering, Nicole's diverse background shapes her innovation and leadership style. 

Her passion for community well-being was refined through her extensive volunteer work which includes under-funded nurseries, centres for disabled adults and the British Heart Foundation reflecting her commitment to making a difference beyond business success. 

Our Co-Founder & Chief Executive Director, Max Nyembwe, has had an entrepreneurial journey marked by remarkable achievements. 

His last business venture grossed over 7 figures. He oversees a diverse portfolio of companies spanning various industries such as marketing , reinsurance & Sales, each fueled by innovation, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. 

With a team of 50+ employees across his ventures, Max's leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and creating opportunities for success & raising others to be financially buoyant & we are excited to have him on the team at RespiratoryMedTech.

As the Chief Medical Officer, Dr Sayyari plays a pivotal role in bridging between our products/technology and the medical field by being a qualified medical doctor and holding the Master's degree in innovation managemnt and entrepreneurship. 

Dr Sayyari boasts  an incredible portfolio of innovative start-up companies in different fields centered around helping others. She has a talent for bringing people together through a number of channels such as events with industry experts from various fields.
